When you find any problems during the warranty period , then please share us videos and pictures of the problem . If we verify the problem to be our fault , then we will send you free parts by air for free . When a large number of lights are with problems and if circumstances permit it , then we will send our engineer to you to fix them . If not , we will do our best to help you to fix the lights .
What can we do for you when you are in China ?
Our biggest sales are overseas . Every year we will receive over hundred clients who want to see the factory . It does not matter if its your first trip to China or you come frequently .
